The Rich Young Ruler

  1.  This was a sincere man genuinely seeking peace with God.
  2. Sincerity is not enough.
  3. Jesus demands an extreme commitment from this sincere man.
  4. Life-transforming faith results in life-transformed actions.
  5. Jesus was rejected, the rich man chose his wealth.
  6. It is hard for the rich to get into Heaven. 
  7. We are the rich young ruler.
  8. Following Jesus requires a heart transplant.
  9. Those who follow Jesus on His terms receive eternal rewards.
  10. Where are we storing up our treasures?
